A-347 Performance Evaluation of Standard Q COVID/FLU Ag Combo for Detection of SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza A and B Antigens from the Patients with Suspected Respiratory Infections

Abstract Background COVID-19 and influenza are highly contagious respiratory diseases sometimes fatal, making them a major concern worldwide. Hence, rapid accurate detection differentiation required as preventive measures to control the further spread of these diseases. Methods We evaluated performance Standard Q COVID/FLU Ag Combo test (Q combo test) (SD Biosensor, Korea) for SARS-CoV-2, A, or B using single point-of-care device compared with real-time PCR. A total 408 individuals: 55 positives 90 68 B, 195 negatives from all viruses investigated. Results The demonstrated high sensitivity up 92.73% specificity 99.49% SARS-CoV-2. Similarly, 92.22% 100% 91.18%, were observed. When days symptom onset (DSO) restricted 0<DSO≤6, detect SARS-CoV-2 was 100%, when Ct value RdRp is ≤ 20, 93.10%. Conclusion might be useful differentiate A/B efficiently rapidly.
